We found out we were pregnant at 4 weeks. After 4 tests and five days we started to think it might be true.
I told Rod by posting a baby ticker on my blog and then had him look at the page. He had several clues already and wasn't that surprised.
6 weeks-The only changes so far are peeing a lot, including at 5 in the morning and then not being able to sleep.
7 weeks-I told my mom and sister on a trip to Chicago-I also called my dad. This weeks changes included some attractive blue veins, being tired and needing to snack a little more so I wouldn't get sick.
8 weeks-I didn't feel good at all. Not only did I have a cold but I ran out of a medication and got extremely dizzy. I was nauseated all the time and nothing seemed to help.
9 weeks-Similar to the previous week.
10 weeks-Started feeling better towards the end of the week. Still need those extra snacks and still tired but getting closer to the end of the first trimester.
10 weeks and 3 days-Our first trip to the doctor. It was so amazing to see the baby moving around and you could see all the fingers.
11 weeks-We waited to tell Rod's mom until after we went to the Dr. but she found out anyway-sneak : )

Hmm, something seemed to have happen at 11 weeks :)
Very cool use of the blog. I look forward to many more updates. It's quite exciting!!
BTW after you have a baby then you will lose all your baby-in-the-family privileges. Sorry.
That's alright. I'll take having the baby in the family.
whoooo-hoooooo!
Hey Darci,
Congrats to you and Rod!
